CANCELLATIONS

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge with no show appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice being charged at 100%. Jenna’s reserves the right to charge accordingly for missed appointments or late cancellations. 

PERMANENT MAKEUP TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Permanent makeup is not an exact science and individual clients heal differently. Jenna's cannot be held responsible for how your skin heals or how your skin accepts the pigment.

Permanent makeup fades through time and usually lasts around 12 to 18 months. However this is dependant on external factors, skin type and aftercare.

Full treatment prices include 2 sessions. However if a heavier makeup look is desired, an additional  charge of £75 per session will be applied.

A non refundable booking fee of £50 is required upon booking permanent makeup procedures.

When booking for permanent makeup please state if you have any health conditions which may affect the treatment. If you have any holiday plans or plans to have fillers, Botox or peels around the time of booking please make us aware. 

Pregnant and/or breast feeding women and anyone under 18 cannot be treated.

Please do not bring children to your appointment.
